Marketing and Admin Assistant

Tag Games seek a talented, ambitious and outgoing individual for an exciting new entry-level role. The Marketing and Admin Assistant will be responsible for delivering the product and studio marketing strategy on a day-to-day basis using various direct and indirect marketing techniques along with social media.

The Marketing and Admin Assistant will be the mouthpiece for the studio, conversing with industry and players alike. This is a wide-ranging role that will include interaction with all parts of the studio and will incorporate tasks in HR, Quality Assurance and Game Production. Therefore, whilst this is an entry-level appointment there will a large amount of responsibility and as such we only seek the most capable applicants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver the product and studio marketing element of the sales and marketing strategy.
• Achieve agreed targets in terms of marketing reach and impact.
• Converse via all available means with our potential clients (Twitter, Facebook, Web, Forums, email, mobile, newsgroups etc.) keeping them engaged with the studio and our products.
• Manage the studio web and social network presence – web pages, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace etc.
• Gather both hard and soft feedback from customers and communicate with management.
• Build strong ties with the media and support them with the gathering of relevant press releases, media assets, information and social activities.
• Support other aspects of the studio via the completion of human resources, quality assurance, production and other tasks.


• A good working knowledge of games and the games industry, particularly social and mobile games.
• Demonstration of an understanding and experience of using web and social media tools to communicate with a large audience.
• Excellent standard of written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of online marketing tools and performance tracking of their impact.
• High level of computer literacy and skilled with Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word.
• Appreciation or experience of the agile development methodology.
• Confident, Self-motivating, outstanding attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Inspirational, ambitious and demanding personality.
• Good degree or other relevant academic qualification a benefit.
